Co-owners of a large oceanfront parcel in Sagaponack have submitted conflicting applications for the property. One proposal calls for a single-family residence in the northeast corner of the property, close to the road and in the middle of an agricultural easement. The second application looks to subdivide the property into four lots along the southern portion of the parcel, near the ocean.
