As of writing, 12 House congressional seats remain to be declared; six of these are in New York State — two on Long Island!
In some year (nearly this one), New York State’s slow turnaround might matter in the eventual outcome. As we have seen, mayhem can result or be concocted if results are delayed.
Let’s speed it up and change the law, if necessary.
