For Bonac Baseball The East Hampton baseball team defeated host Rocky Point, 9-2, in the first game of a three-game series on April 22. The Bonackers only led, 1-0, after six innings before rallying for eight runs in the top of the seventh. The Eagles scored two runs in the bottom of the inning before Trevor Meehan closed the door on them. Meehan pitched a complete game, in which he struck out nine.
