Susan E. Peck of Hampton Bays died at Southampton Hospital on Sunday, January 25. She was 80.

A resident of Hampton Bays since 1974, Mrs. Peck worked as the caretaker for more than 30 years at the A.M. Pilaro estate in Southampton.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, William R. Peck; three sisters, Ethel Szala of Monroe, New York, Irene Wilson of Lynbrook, and AnnaMae Penner of Hampton Bays; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service conducted by clergy of St. Rosalie’s Roman Catholic Church will be held today, Thursday, January 29, at the J. Ronald Scott Funeral Home in Hampton Bays, at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Good Ground Cemetery in Hampton Bays.

Our Sag Harbor park tennis courts are under siege. There are eight clay courts and two hard courts.
