Suzanne Marie Jelley Of Westhampton Beach Dies October 3

Suzanne Marie Jelley of Westhampton Beach, formerly of Smithtown, died on October 3.

The daughter of the late Frank and Jane Jelley of Smithtown, she graduated from Smithtown High School, earned a bachelor’s degree from Southampton College of Long Island University, and a paralegal certificate from St. John’s University. She was a member of St. Mark’s Church, Westhampton Beach Altar Guild and the Church of the Atonement Altar Guild.

She enjoyed traveling, golf and her Old English sheepdogs, Beauchamp, Pandy, Spencer and Remington. She was a longtime friend of Julie Boone Kessler of Hyde Park and Barbara Comitello Shea of Miller Place.

She is survived by two cousins, Mark Jelley of Somers and Scott Jelley of Massachusetts.

Visitation will be at Follett and Werner Funeral Home in Westhampton Beach on Thursday, October 13, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 14, at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Westhampton Beach.
