A memorial service for Theodore B. Conklin Jr. will be held on Saturday, August 8, at 11 a.m., at the Church of Atonement in Quogue.

Mr. Conklin, a former Westhampton Beach mayor, died April 24 at the Venice Regional Hospital Heart Center in Venice, Florida, from complications resulting from heart bypass surgery. He was 87.
