MONTAUK The Montauk Playhouse Community Center Foundation will hold its annual flag ceremony in honor of veterans on Tuesday, November 11, at the Montauk Playhouse Community Center, 240 Edgemere Street. The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. at the Suzanne Koch Gosman Flagpole Garden at the center and will feature the raising of the flag and a wreath-laying ceremony by local Scout troops. She said she had received a call informing her that she was among nine winners of a multimillion-dollar lottery pool, but that she needed to send in a check for $3,400 to earn her portion of the much greater winnings.
