Jose Suruy-Cubule, 35, of Flanders, was arrested by Suffolk County Police after entering a sobriety checkpoint set up on Old Riverhead Road in the Village of Westhampton Beach on November 22 and charged with aggravated DWI per se, a misdemeanor, after a chemical breath test revealed, police said, that he was driving with a .23 percent blood alcohol content.
