Five Injured in Multi-Car Accident on CR-104 Saturday Night

County Road 104 in Northampton was closed overnight and into Sunday morning while police investigate a car accident that sent five people to the hospital, one with serious injuries. Police say they were called to the scene of a three-car accident with multiple reported injuries on CR-104, just south of the intersection with CR-105, at about 7:45 p.m. on Saturday night. WESTHAMPTON BEACH — Mark Green, 44, of Westhampton Beach, was arrested by Westhampton Beach Village Police on November 21 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. At approximately 3:13 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop on Rogers Avenue after observing a Mercedes-Benz operating without a front license plate. The driver, Green, exhibited signs of cannabis impairment, and officers observed a burned cannabis joint in the vehicle’s center console, police said.
