WESTHAMPTON BEACH — Mark Green, 44, of Westhampton Beach, was arrested by Westhampton Beach Village Police on November 21 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. At approximately 3:13 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop on Rogers Avenue after observing a Mercedes-Benz operating without a front license plate. The driver, Green, exhibited signs of cannabis impairment, and officers observed a burned cannabis joint in the vehicle’s center console, police said.
