Two incumbent trustees, Ed Haye and Jeanne Kane, are being challenged by Ronald Reed, a member of the Village Planning Board, and Mary Ann Eddy, a member, and former chairwoman, of the Village Harbor Committee. The stories are almost commonplace: People seeing dumpsters full of old windows, doors and trim outside historic houses in Sag Harbor that are being renovated.
