Southampton, Pierson, Bridgehampton Spring Athletes Garner Postseason Honors

Ella Coady and Elie Poremba led the Southampton girls golf team all spring to second-place finishes in both League IV and at the Suffolk County Championships, where Poremba staved off Coady and Smithtown East’s Sophia Corso for the overall individual title. Poremba, who was joined by her teammate Coady at the New York State Championships, was named All-Long Island in addition to earning All-County and All-League honors.
