The Hampton Bays Library will host LGBTQIA+ Health Matters: Expert Guidance from the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital Edie Windsor Healthcare Center on Wednesday, September 18, at 6 p.m. The Edie Windsor Healthcare Center is dedicated to comprehensive care and support for the LGBTQIA+ community. A representative will discuss LGBTQ+ health care needs and answer questions about LGBTQIA+ health-related topics. There will also be resources for parents and children. The Hampton Library will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a live music event at the Bridgehampton Community House on Friday, September 20, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. The featured band is Mambo X. The evening of dancing and mingling will also include a salsa dance class taught by Scott from Touch Dancing Studios. Salsa and chips donated by Sabrosa will be served. Admission is free for the adults-only event but tickets must be purchased in advance at myhamptonlibrary.org.

For National Voter Registration Day on Tuesday, September 17, the League of Women Voters of the Hamptons, Shelter Island and North Fork will spread out across the East End with voter information tables in communities from Westhampton to Montauk on the South Fork and on Shelter Island. The Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Fall Festival on Main Street in Westhampton Beach on October 12 and is seeking vendors for the event. The popular festival will feature food trucks and food vendors, local restaurants, beverage vendors, live music, artisan vendors, a petting zoo, a beer garden, activities for the children and additional surprises along the way.
