I am so grateful to Heart of the Hamptons for the support they gave to my family over the past few years while my husband battled cancer and couldn’t work.
I work full-time at Southampton schools, but there were a few months where we didn’t know how we would keep up with high heat and electric bills, along with everything else. Having someone to turn to for help meant more to us than just the financial support — it meant knowing we weren’t alone!
Their support will forever hold a place in my heart. It instantly brings me to tears to remember the fear and vulnerability I felt at the time, and also the gratitude and security in knowing we had someone to turn to.
You never know when you might need a helping hand. I hope everyone in our community recognizes how lucky we are to have Heart of the Hamptons caring for us when we need it!
