William Lee Street Of Southampton Dies

William Lee Street, 82, a longtime Southampton resident, most recently of Riverhead, died on August 19.

Visitation will be on Friday, August 26, from 10 a.m. to noon at the First Baptist Church of Bridgehampton, with a funeral service to begin at noon. Interment will follow at the Riverhead Cemetery in Riverhead. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of O’Connell Funeral Home in Southampton.

Southampton DWI Arrests for the Week of December 12

William Campos Lopez, 26, of Speonk was arrested on December 8, at 3:40 a.m., by Quogue Village Police charged him with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. He was pulled over after being observed speeding and failing to maintain his lane on Montauk Highway, police said.
