It was wonderful to see so many of you at our Holiday Party this week; we hope you enjoyed the music, caroling, food and friends that make this one of our most popular events.
With the year now drawing to a close, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for making our 2019 season such a success. It’s been a wonderful year, starting in May with an exhibit by Pierson High School students, followed by exhibits by local artists Candace Hill Montgomery and Cindy Pease Roe; two historic exhibits featuring whaling-themed stamps and postcards and 19th and 20th century toys; and closing the year with our ever-popular “725” art exhibit.
What makes this all possible? You do! It’s only with the support of our members, local businesses, volunteers, friends and neighbors that we’re able to celebrate the history of our village and bring her story to life. We truly could not do it without you.
And for that, we say “Thank you!”
With our best wishes for this holiday season, and a happy New Year – we’ll see you all in 2020!
