He was pulled over after being observed speeding and failing to maintain his lane on Montauk Highway, police said. Noe Campos, 40, of Springs was arrested by East Hampton Town Police on misdemeanor DWI charges around midnight on Saturday. Police said Campos was driving a 2018 Jeep south on Springs Fireplace Road, moving at 58 mph where the speed limit is 40, leading to the traffic stop. The arresting officer reported that Campos appeared intoxicated and failed sobriety tests, leading to his arrest.
