AMAGANSETT — Donya D. Davis, 30, of East Hampton, was arrested by East Hampton Town Police early Saturday morning on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree as well as a misdemeanor charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs. Police said Davis was driving a 2018 Jeep on Montauk Highway with his emergency flashers around midnight Friday and was swerving erratically across lane lines, leading to a traffic stop.
