Being Ignored

The neighbors on the north end of Glover Street have been concerned with traffic calming in our neighborhood for some time. We have sent the previous mayor and the current mayor a petition requesting some action be taken before a serious incident occurs. Nobody even bothers to acknowledge our concerns.

It seems that only if you are the owner of an old church on Madison Street and want a sewer hookup do you get any attention. Apparently, the safety in our local neighborhoods doesn’t carry the same weight.
