A new build in Bridgehampton at 374 Pauls Lane has sold for $15.1 million, making it one of a handful of South Fork properties to sell for more than $15 million in 2019.

The modern residence is 15,438 square feet on a gated 1.5-acre parcel with a pond. It has 10 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms on a full foundation with a finished basement. It was built to withstand 240-mph winds and to be resistant to fire, mold and termites. A commercial elevator serves all levels.

The entry foyer is two stories while the rest of the living spaces have 12-foot ceilings. The walls are made of steel and concrete, two-story windows and NanaWall doors. The home was designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, according to the Saunders listing.

The indoor areas are full of light and connected by a broad central galley. There’s a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a great room and a living room — with a three-sided fireplace — a den and an office, and walls of glass that open to the outdoor recreation and living areas.

The finished lower level with an 11-foot-6 ceiling has a living room, a recreation room, a theater and a gym. The master suite is on the top floor with a sitting room, a gas fireplace, a covered balcony, walk-in closets and a large bathroom. A separate VIP suite has a fireplace, balcony and bathroom as well.

Outdoor spaces include a 3,000-square-foot honed crystal marble patio with a 400-square-foot outdoor kitchen, and a covered area with a television wall.

Also among the amenities are a three-car garage, a sunken hard tennis court with stucco walls and a marble cap, and a 50-foot gunite pool with a spa and an accompanying pool house that boasts two bathrooms, laundry and a lower level.

Vince Horcasitas had the listing for Saunders. It was sold on October 28 but the sale did not show up in county deed records until December. The new owner is Lily Hamptons Properties Inc., according to The Real Estate Report Inc.
