Pierson High School students Truman Yardley, Sara Schoen, Iaiele Saldivar-Tellez and Thaily Ribadeneira-Amaguay were recipients of the 2021 Sag Harbor Lions Club Scholarship Awards, which were presented to them by Scholarship Selection Committee Chair Mark Poitras, Former Lions Club President Tony Lawless and First Vice President Paul Zaykowski during a ceremony at the Zaykowski residence on July 28.
Southampton Elementary School students enrolled in the school’s summer program recently baked delicious zucchini muffins. The zucchini used in the recipe was tended and harvested by the students from the school’s garden with the assistance of teacher and Garden Club adviser Colleen Henke.
