Fronting Shinnecock Bay, a home in Westhampton Beach’s Oneck neighborhood recently sold for $7.3 million.

On 1.1 acres at 9 Stacy Drive, the traditional residence is by Beechwood Homes and comes with a gunite pool with built-in spa, an expansive deck and a private dock.

The home has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, high-end finishes and an open floor plan, according to the Douglas Elliman listing, which states that a gourmet chef’s kitchen with panoramic water views is at the heart of the home, “equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry, and a center island.”

The lot can accommodate tennis, the listing notes.

Associate Broker Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman had the listing.

The seller was Beechwood’s Lee Dubb and the new owner is KBC Investment Holdings LLC, according to Suffolk Vision Inc., which reported that the deal closed on December 15, 2023.

The property was originally listed for $9.25 million in June 2023 and reduced a month later to $8.5 million.
