Pullavizhco, 28, of Flanders was charged by East Hampton Town Police with first-time misdemeanor DWI on Sunday morning just before 5 a.m. Driving a 2021 Honda pickup south on Three Mile Harbor Road, police said, Pullavizhco was swerving across lane lines before coming to a dead stop in the middle of the intersection of North Main Street and Cedar Street, leading to the traffic stop. The arresting officer reported that Pullavizhco appeared intoxicated after the traffic stop and failed sobriety tests, leading to his arrest.
