Pullavizhco, 28, of Flanders was charged by East Hampton Town Police with first-time misdemeanor DWI on Sunday morning just before 5 a.m. Driving a 2021 Honda pickup south on Three Mile Harbor Road, police said, Pullavizhco was swerving across lane lines before coming to a dead stop in the middle of the intersection of North Main Street and Cedar Street, leading to the traffic stop.
