A Water Mill home with a view of Burnett Creek and a dock for access to the creek and Mecox Bay recently sold for $11.38 million.

At 635 Flying Point Road, the 7,542-square-foot shingle-style main house has an attached guest house, and the property also comes with a pool, a pool house and permits for a tennis court.

On the first floor of the main house, find a living room with a wood-burning fireplace overlooking the grounds, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a wood-paneled library, a mudroom with ornate tiles, and a mostly glass all-season octagon room, with radiant heating, according to the Douglas Elliman listing.

Upstairs are six bedrooms, including the large primary with a balcony and fireplace.

The attached guest house has a living room, kitchen, and two en suite bedrooms, which have access to the second level of the main house.

Michaela Keszler and Paulina Keszler of Douglas Elliman represented both the sellers and the buyers in the deal.

“We were very pleased to represent this prestigious property and to also bring the perfect buyers to the deal, who will enjoy this Hamptons dream home for years to come,” Michaela Keszler said. “This 2.34-acre lot with stunning water views presented a truly a rare and special opportunity south of the highway. The home is very light and bright, with beautiful finishes and charming details, and it’s very close to the ocean with a dock accessing Mecox Bay.”

The deal closed on February 28, according to Suffolk Vision Inc.

The home went on the market for $18.5 million one year ago, according to HamptonsRE.com, and the price was cut to $16.5 million that July. In October, the ask was slashed again, this time to $14.95 million, and the home entered contract in February.
