Celebrated pop artist Ashley Longshore will bring her bold and irreverent work to the Hamptons for an exclusive pop-up show in Sagaponack on Wednesday, August 27, from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will be co-hosted by designer Donna Karan and held at a private residence.

Fresh off appearances at Miami Art Week, a residency in Nashville and a showcase at New York’s Focus Art Fair, Longshore will present new works in a setting described as a festive, art-filled end-of-summer soirée. The evening will also feature cocktails, fashion and surprise moments with Longshore herself. Hosts include Karan, Sean McClenahan and Michael McGraw.

Longshore, often dubbed the “feminist Andy Warhol,” is known for her vivid and satirical take on American consumerism, pop culture and luxury. Her collectors include celebrities like Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Salma Hayek and Diane von Furstenberg. She has collaborated with brands including Gucci, Porsche and Judith Leiber Couture, and made history as the first female artist to present a solo exhibit in Bergdorf Goodman’s iconic Fifth Avenue windows.

Based in Tribeca, Longshore has exhibited internationally and authored several books, including “Giving the Bird: Bird Stories.” Her work continues to challenge norms in the art world while building a global following.

Attendance for the August 27 event is by reservation only at rsvp@ashleylongshore.com.
