Bedside Reading is back on the East End bringing with it the latest editions to its summer reading program, just in time for Memorial Day weekend. Now celebrating its eighth summer season, this initiative places complimentary, curated book bags at select hotels and inns throughout the Hamptons and the North Fork, delighting guests with top-tier reads and exclusive literary experiences.

Among this summer’s highly anticipated titles is “Something I Keep Upstairs” by internationally bestselling author J.D. Barker, best known for his riveting 4MK thriller series. Barker’s latest release joins a lineup of books spanning memoirs, mysteries, nonfiction, and empowering reads.

Also featured in this season’s bestseller list: ‘She Thinks Big” by Andrea Liebross, “Shooting Stars Above” by Patricia Leavy, “This Time Could Be Different” by Khristin Wierman, “Morning Fuel” by Rebecca Faye Smith Galli, “Death, a Love Story” by Janell Flores Bolte, “When Wisdom Arrives” by Rosalyn Rourke, “The Vitality Map” by Dr. Deborah Zucker, “Stories My Father Told Me” by Seymour Ubell.

Guests staying at participating hotels will receive complimentary Bedside Reading tote bags filled with these curated titles during select weekends throughout the summer, starting this weekend.

Bedside Reading is welcoming Hotel Moraine in Greenport as its newest East End partner, expanding its reach to the North Fork. The program also continues its collaborations with South Fork hotels including: East Hampton: Mill House Inn, The Maidstone, Journey East Hampton, Baker House 1650. Southampton: Southampton Inn, 1708 House, The Capri Southampton. Montauk: Marram Hotel, Beachcomber Resort.

A special Bedside Reading Summer Author Celebration will be held at The Capri Southampton on Tuesday, August 19. The event is free and open to the public, featuring bestselling authors, wine, light bites and book signings. Learn more at bedsidereading.com.
