Colm Rowen Fine Arts in collaboration with Folioeast presents “Horizons,” a group show of painting and photography. The show opens Saturday, March 12, with a reception from 4 to 7 p.m. at Colm Rowen Fine Arts, 55 Main Street, East Hampton and will be on view through April 10.

The exhibit features original works by photographers Jaime Lopez and Christine Matthäi, and oil paintings by Roisin Bateman and Janet Jennings.

The theme of the show is expressed in both abstracted and more literal interpretations of the horizon line. All four artists, who live and work on the East End, say they are inspired by the area’s light and water. With spring on the horizon, the show also brings a sense of light and hope just around the corner.

Gallery hours are Thursday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., or by appointment. For more information, contact Colm Rowan Fine Arts at 610-256-3256, rowan.colm@gmail.com, or Folioeast at 917-592-8033, coco@folioeast.com.
