Stonewalls Restaurant on Reeves Avenue in Riverhead will present a “Chef’s Table” dinner of several courses paired with wines on Thursday, July 15, and Thursday, July 29. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. with an amuse bouche and a selected glass of wine served at the bar followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Cost is $45 per person including tax and gratuity.

Drama at Georgica

Georgica Restaurant and Lounge located at 108 Wainscott Stone Road in East Hampton, will hold a Hamptons Drama event every Thursday evening starting at 6 p.m. featuring dinner and dancing, reduced-price drinks, live DJs, no cover charge and a $25 prix fixe menu.

Madame Tong’s Redeux opened on July 8 at 245 Elm Street, Southampton under new owners Ian Duke and David Hilty. The restaurant’s official opening will be on Thursday, July 8.
