Daniel English
Daniel English, a longtime resident of East Hampton, died at the Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing on Tuesday, March 6. He was 79.
Born on November 6, 1932, in Westfield, Pennsylvania, to Phillip English and Lucinda Watts English, he served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years and was a retired corrections officer.
Mr. English is survived by his wife, Fay English (née Fithian); children, Michael and Mark English of East Hampton, and Jo Anne Miller of North Carolina; siblings, Sharon Abbott of Corning and Stanley English of Kansas; six grandchildren, Kimberly, Lauren, Tim, Derek, and Patrick English, and Paul Miller Jr.; and four nieces and nephews.
Visitation took place on Friday, March 9, at Yardley & Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton.
