Justin W. Napolillo, 27, of Amagansett was arrested by a Sag Harbor Village Police officer on foot patrol on a misdemeanor DWI charge on Sunday evening. Police said the officer was approached by a pedestrian who reported having seen Napolillo, apparently quite intoxicated, stumbling out of his vehicle, a 2019 BMW, on Wharf Street. The officer almost immediately spotted Napolillo, the police report indicates, behind the wheel of the BMW, driving on Wharf Street approaching its intersection with South Ferry Road.
