Fayyaz, 38, of Brooklyn around midnight last Thursday on felony charges of burglary in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree. Police said Fayyaz pushed his way through the kitchen window of a Shore Road residence earlier Thursday. MONTAUK — Karlie Mekalani Thoma, 27, who lives for most of the year in Maui but works in Montauk during the summer season, was arrested by East Hampton Town Police around daybreak on July 23 on a felony charge of criminal mischief in the second degree, along with a misdemeanor charge of obstruction of breathing.
