EAST HAMPTON — An out-of-control party on Squires Path involving hundreds of teens drinking alcohol led to the arrest of the adult residents, Karl Gerhard Hagn, 51, and Susan Villa Hagn, 55, on August 23, according to police. Police said that when they arrived a little after 10 p.m., there were up to 300 teens wandering through the house and property, many drinking alcoholic beverages. Tuttle, 53, of East Moriches on numerous charges, including two counts of reckless driving, a misdemeanor, one brought by the Town Police, the other by the village department, as well as a charge made by Town Police of fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle. SPRINGS — East Hampton Town Police arrested Jean C. Ruiz Guaman, 23, of East Hampton early Sunday morning on a misdemeanor DWI charge. It is the third time in 18 months he has been arrested on DWI charges in East Hampton, with a fourth such arrest in that period taking place in Southampton. All four cases are still open. MONTAUK — East Hampton Town Police arrested John Harris Kinnamon, 20, on a felony charge of possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, as well as on a misdemeanor charge of DWI early in the morning on August 13. Police said Kinnamon was behind the wheel of a 2017 Nissan van in the 7-Eleven parking lot in downtown Montauk, asleep, keys in the ignition and engine running.
