Lee (née Vignati) Brenner, a resident of Wainscott for more than 50 years, died on July 14 at the Westhampton Care Center. She was 96.
Born January 23, 1912, in Weehawken to Erminia Prandoni and Peter Vignati, she was employed by Equitable Life Insurance in New York City.
Predeceased by her husband, George Brenner, in 1981, and three brothers, Mark, Robert and Francis Vignati, and a sister, Marie Gradner, she is survived by two cousins, Louise Gillard and Gloria Pritchard.
A prayer service will be held on Friday, July 18, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Yardley & Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19, at 10 a.m. at Most Holy Trinity Church in East Hampton. Interment will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Most Holy Trinity Church, 57 Buell Lane, East Hampton, NY 11937 would be appreciated by the family.
