Perry Santacroce of East Hampton died on February 5 at Southampton Hospital. He was 81.
Born May 13, 1928, to Rose and Camillo Santacroce of Groton, Connecticut, he worked for the Electric Boat Company submarine building plant in Connecticut when he was a young man.
He married Doris Mott of East Hampton in 1947 and in 1961 they moved to East Hampton and raised a family. Together, they owned and operated Peri’s Spaghetti House, a popular pizzeria restaurant in East Hampton in the 1970s.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Wayne Santacroce, Gary Santacroce and Perry Santacroce Jr.; and a grandson, Zachary Santacroce, all of East Hampton.
Services, under the direction of Yardley & Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton, were private.
