This special Sake and Omakase pairing will be hosted by legendary sommelier Rusty Rastello. Learn about the craftsmanship and precision of IWA 5 Sake, featuring Assemblage 3 by former Dom Pérignon Chef de Cave Richard Geoffroy, while enjoying a decadent omakase dinner. This tasting is only from Thursday 7/13 to Saturday 7/15, with two seating at 6:30pm and 8:30pm.
