What if you could help every girl's light shine bright? In the coming weeks, i-tri will be igniting a series of activities to help the community pave the path to brighter days ahead for young girls across the East End leading up to their annual Giving Day! i-tri is aiming to raise funds to bring their award-winning empowerment program to 200 or more girls this season, providing the opportunity for every girl to shine. The visionary leader, Theresa Roden, and her passionate team and board members will be kicking off their first live event with a family-centric stroll through Sag Harbor Village followed by a tasteful experience with participating restaurants on October 27 at 6 pm.
"Light the Way Night Walk" is an opportunity for community members to come together and experience how i-tri girls learn to Shine their light and become capable, brave, and strong. The night walk will begin in front of Matriark ( 33 Main St #3302, Sag Harbor, NY 11963) at 6 pm and end at the historic windmill, where community members will have the opportunity to learn more about i-tri's inspirational practices, shine brighter, and dine for a cause! Participants will light up the night in i-tri fashion with glow sticks and light-up buttons as they parade down Main Street, making new connections and spreading awareness for the organization.
After the walk, participants and friends, and family are encouraged to dine at participating restaurants, who will be giving a percentage of their featured dish of the night to help continue to shine a light bright in our girl’s lives:
Kpasa will be shining its light on a featured item from 7 pm-9 pm that will leave your taste buds wanting more. Ask your server for more details.
