In this class, we will explore ways that yoga can help heal injuries. We will ex-plore alignment in many yoga poses and spend time focusing on breath and med-itation. The first hour we will practice various poses, warming up the body and going deeper. The last 15 minutes are focused on breath work, releasing tension and mediation. Bring a yoga mat, large towel or yoga blanket.
