East End restaurants are offering Easter specials on Sunday for both brunch and dinner, with both a la carte and prix fixe options. Many require reservations, as seats will fill up fast on the traditional day for big family meals.
Seasons of Southampton in Southampton Village (seasonsofsouthampton.com, 283-3354) will serve Easter brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost is $39.95 for adults and $21.95 for children. Call for reservations.
The Plaza Café in Southampton (plazacafe.us, 283-9323) will serve brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 2 to 6 p.m.
Shippy’s in Southampton (shippyspumpernickels.com, 283-0007) will offer prime rib and 1.5-pound lobster specials over Easter weekend, and a roast leg of lamb special on Sunday only.
Southampton Publick House (publick.com, 283-2800) will serve brunch and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Easter dinner from 4 to 9 p.m. The Easter prix fixe menu is $29.95 per person including appetizer, entrée and dessert.
Lobster Grille in Southampton (lobstergrilleinn.com, 283-1525) will serve both an a la carte brunch and a $22 prime rib special.
Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton (toppingrosehouse.com, 537-0870) will offer an a la carte brunch menu from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Easter Bunny will appear and children’s activities will include an egg hunt, a bunny hop race, an egg race, pin the tail on the bunny and egg coloring. Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor (baronscove.com, 725-2101) will offer a la carte brunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Then from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., a $28 Easter Sunday roast will offer a choice of roast lamb or roast beef, both served with maple carrots, smashed parsnips, roasted fingerling potatoes, local kale and gravy. An Easter egg hunt will be held between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

1770 House Restaurant & Inn in East Hampton (1770house.com, 324-1770) will serve an a la carte dinner by chef Michael Rozzi beginning at 5 p.m. Options will include sweet pea soup with crab, tarragon and crisp speck; asparagus salad with North Fork duck egg, spring onion and baby mustard greens; natural lamb chops with rosemary, black garlic, young heirloom potatoes and roasted ramps; roasted Texas Wagyu prime rib; and maple-cured Berkshire pork chop with smoked local apple, spiced sweet potato and slow cooked greens. Meeting House in Amagansett (meetinghouseamagansett.com, 267-2764) is holding an event on Saturday, rather than on Easter Sunday. The restaurant will be open for lunch on Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. and Peter Cottontail will appear. There will be an Easter egg hunt, face painting, egg decorating and cookie decorating.
Inlet Seafood in Montauk (inletseafood.com, 668-4272) will serve a dinner menu from noon to 8 p.m.

Casa Basso in Westhampton (casabasso.net, 288-1841) will open at 1 p.m. and serve ham and leg of lamb in addition to the regular menu.
The Birchwood of Polish Town in Riverhead (thebirchwoodofpolishtown.com, 727-4449) will serve Easter brunch and a dinner buffet. The cost is $39.95 for age 13 and up, and $18.95 for children age 3 to 12, plus tax and gratuity. The hours are 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. There will be a raw bar, a carving station, a cold station, a sushi station, a chocolate fountain and a dessert station.
