Sitting on the edge of Lily Pond, a 3.7-acre parcel of land in East Hampton recently sold for $17 million — and there isn’t even a house on it yet.
Listed for the first time in 75 years, the vacant lot at 103 Apaquogue Road traded hands between Edward Williams, represented by Ed Petrie of Compass, and an unnamed LLC on November 18, according to the Real Estate Report Inc.
While it is unclear what the future holds for the land, the maximum 10,235-square-foot home will undoubtedly take advantage of the second-floor ocean views just waiting in the wings.
