CPF Raises $144.7 Million In First Eight Months Of 2021

Revenues for the Peconic Bay Region Community Preservation Fund were $144.74 million during the first eight months of 2021, double the total during the same months last year. A new state law has clarified that deposits and advance payments for seasonal rentals are not subject to caps, which means that landlords can collect rent for an entire summer upfront.
