The newest owner of an 11,000-square-foot transitional in Bridgehampton has a penchant for obscure George Lucas and Ron Howard collaborations.

Referred to only as “Tir Asleen I and II LLC” — a nod to what was considered the greatest of all kingdoms on the Mother World in the circa-1988 dark fantasy drama “Willow” — the unnamed buyer dropped $13.6 million for the home at 51 Meadowlark Lane on January 28, according to the Real Estate Report Inc. Gary DePersia of The Corcoran Group represented the sellers, Jahn and Sabrina Levin.

The estate, a project by architect James McChesney and Koral Brothers Builders, features five fireplaces, walls of glass, multiple vistas of the landscaped property, French doors and rift- and quarter-sawn white oak floors throughout, according to the listing.

The living spaces include indoor/outdoor dining rooms, a living area with a marble fireplace, open gallery, a state-of-the-art kitchen with its own informal living area and natural stone fireplace, and one of the home’s seven guest suites.

Of the remaining guest bedrooms on the second floor, three have balconies, one has a fireplace and one has an optional sauna and outdoor shower that could be used as a gym. The master wing is separate from the rest, with its own balcony, and the last bedroom is located on the lower level, also home to a 1,100-plus-bottle wine cellar, entertainment kitchen, recreational areas, and a media room with a fireplace.

Outside, a 20-foot-by-50-foot heated Gunite pool and spa is joined by multiple entertaining areas with a fireplace, outdoor shower and a cabana with a kitchen, full bath, optional roof deck and an attached two-car garage.
