In addition to having a background in photography, advertising, writing, graphics and target marketing, she is a third-generation equestrian whose family founded Bethpage Polo Club and managed a polo farm in Calverton. She lives in Southampton.

In addition to her professional affiliations in the real estate industry, Ms. Fallon is a member of the National Association of Female Professionals, Women in Film, Directors Guild of America, Children International, Save the Children, Arbor Day Foundation, Literacy Inc., Open Arms Care Center, North Fork Chamber of Commerce, Riverhead Chamber of Commerce, Southampton Chamber of Commerce and Westhampton Chamber of Commerce.
