Douglas Elliman announced the winners of the 2024 Ellie Awards, which honor the firm’s top performing agents throughout the nation for 2023, last Thursday, March 14, and top performers from the Hamptons offices were among the honorees.

“In the face of financial and market headwinds across the industry, Douglas Elliman agents persevered and prevailed, all while demonstrating characteristic resolve, ingenuity and professionalism,” said Howard M. Lorber, the executive chairman of Douglas Elliman. “We could not be prouder of what they have accomplished.”

“Douglas Elliman agents show, time and again, that they are second to none,” said Scott Durkin, the president and CEO of Douglas Elliman Realty. “These best-in-class agents are the ones who trust in their experience and draw on their resourcefulness to thrive in any market.”

Nationwide, 37 Elliman agents and teams closed 47 deals over $25 million, including two top sales in the Hamptons. Kyle Rosko and Marcy Braun of the Eklund | Gomes Team represented the sellers of the waterfront estate at 51 West End Road in East Hampton, for $35 million, and Erica Grossman brought the buyer to the $33.5 million dollar sale at 35 Dune Road in Bridgehampton. Both sales ranked among the 10 most expensive Hamptons home sales of 2023.

The Billion Dollar Club went to The Eklund | Gomes Team as the Mega Team winner. In the Hamptons, the Eklund | Gomes team is led by Kyle Rosko and Marcy Braun.

The Pinnacle Club Award winners from the Hamptons and North Fork, presented to agents and teams who made over $1 million in 2023, included The Atlantic Team, Erica Grossman, Michaela Keszler, The Enzo Morabito Team, and The Tunick Team.

The National Award, presented to the individuals and teams (by size) by gross commission income (GCI) for the entire company nationwide, went to Michaela Keszler (#12 Individual), The Eklund Gomes Team (#1 Mega Team), The Michael Lorber Team (#5 Large Team) and The Steven Cohen Team (#5 Medium Team).

By volume, winners of The National Award included Michaela Keszler (#13 Individual),

The Eklund Gomes Team (#1 Mega Team), The Michael Lorber Team (#5 Large Team), The Steven Cohen Team (#3 Medium Team), and The Enzo Morabito Team (#12 Medium Team).

The coveted award for Hamptons & North Fork Rookie of the Year went to Cleo Ahn of the Bridgehampton office.

In the Hamptons, the top individual prize based on GCI was awarded to Michaela Keszler (#1) from the Southampton office.
