Associate broker Enzo Morabito, head of the Douglas Elliman Realty’s top-producing Enzo Morabito Team, has been tapped by residential builder The Beechwood Organization to serve as the exclusive sales and marketing partner at the Country Pointe Estates in Westhampton Beach.
“We’re at an exciting stage in construction at Country Pointe Estates and look forward to partnering with the Enzo Morabito Team on sales,” said Beechwood principal Steven Dubb in a statement. “We introduced this project preconstruction in 2022 with only floor plans and renderings. The new residential community will offer 22 single-family homes in five available styles, ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet and four to seven bedrooms. Prices start at $1.95 million. New model homes are slated for completion this summer.

Country Pointe Estates is on the former site of Wholistic Tennis Academy, in walking distance to a train station, a five-minute drive to Main Street and Dune Road beaches, and 10 minutes to Gabreski Airport.
