A brand new waterfront residence in Bridgehampton by Bates Masi + Architects and Breitenbach Builders recently sold with a last asking price of $25 million.

On 2.3 acres at 347 Jobs Lane, the 10,000-square-foot bespoke home with an open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls has seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and one half-bath.

Much of the first story is open-air living spaces, while two 30-foot trees in the center of the home reach up through the second story, which has views of Mecox Beach and the ocean.

The master suite has two outdoor showers, and the home boasts a yoga deck and an upstairs gym, according to the Corcoran listing. Also among the amenities are a heated gunite pool, a private dock, a tennis court, and covered outdoor entertaining space with a full kitchen. The grounds are landscaped by Marders.

Susan Breitenbach and Cutter Koster of The Corcoran Group had the listing. Tim O’Connor of Brown Harris Stevens brought the buyer.

An interesting dynamic is stirring in the Hamptons vacation-rental market. Although there has been an unprecedented rise in short-term rentals and the aftershocks of the COVID-19 pandemic linger, it has been a bumper crop year for Wall Street, interest rates have remained steady and a new breed of demanding customer is emerging. Despite it all, the Hamptons vacation-rental market remains as ... 19 Jun 2025 by Joseph Finora
