New Build On Bridgehampton's Ocean Road Gets $12 Million

A new build at 949 Ocean Road in Bridgehampton has sold for $11.85 million, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.

Christopher Peluso bought the property in 2017 for just $4.15 million and recently sold it to Bel Sogno Realty Investments LLC.

The 10,000-square-foot modern farmhouse on a gated 1.4-acre property has three levels served by an elevator. There are eight bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and two powder rooms. The residence also boasts five fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen, a fitness room, a home theater, a wine cellar/groto, and a home office.

Among the amenities are a 20-foot-by-50-foot infinity-edge gunite heated pool, a 10-foot-by-10-foot spa, an outdoor shower and a detached three-car garage.

Beate Moore had the listing for Sotheby’s International Realty. Douglas Elliman brought the buyer. The sale date was January 14 and the transaction was recorded in March.

Also recently traded on Ocean Road, the vacant land at No. 649 fetched $15 million. The seller was Carol Stolz Trust and the buyer was Sevenup LLC.
