A newly built modern compound in Sagaponack Village on an ocean access road has sold for $7.73 million, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.

At 108 Town Line Road, the property has both a main house with five bedrooms and four bathrooms — including a staff quarters — and a second residence.

The main house has polished concrete floors with radiant heat, and an open chef’s kitchen, dining area and great room with floor-to-ceiling glass. Large glass doors open wide for indoor-outdoor living, the listing notes.

The second house has an open floor plan, polished concrete floors, a gourmet kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, an en-suite master, a powder room and an finished walk-out lower level that leads to a stone terrace.

The property also boasts an 80-foor lap pool, multiple terraces and decks, and a one-car garage.

The new owner is GDGK LLC, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. Beate Moore had the listing for Sotheby’s International Realty.

The last asking price was $8.4 million, which means the final sales price was an 8 percent discount.

The deal closed on December 30, 2020, but the deed recording was only reported recently.
