A Noyac property sold and closed for $5 million on May 15, midway through construction.
At 26 Cedar Point Lane, the 1.6-acre property includes a 6,000-square-foot shingled traditional by architect Todd O’Connell with six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one partial bath. Long Island Building Systems built the house, and Habitech Planning & Design was responsible for the interiors. The property also comes with a 20-foot-by-40-foot gunite pool and an all-weather tennis court.
Associate broker Gary DePersia of Corcoran had the listing.
“This was a great example of a house that outperformed the area off Noyack Road at the end of Millstone Road,” DePersia said. “It was a well thought out house that sold in midconstruction to an extended family. It turned out to be one of the better new construction deals anywhere and with tennis.”
Common areas include a great room with a fireplace, a dining alcove, a gourmet eat-in kitchen with large pantry and a study. The large master suite is on the first floor, with a spa-like bath and walk-in closet, according to the listing. Rounding out the first floor are a guest suite, laundry room, powder room and three-car garage.
Three guest suites are upstairs plus a shared sitting area and 400 feet of finished space above the garage.
The lower level offers 900 square feet of finished space with a bedroom, full bathroom and rec room.
The whole house is outfitted with a Sonos audio system.
The seller was Aiglon LLC and the new owner is 26 Cedar Point Lane LLC, according to Suffolk Vision Inc.
