Southampton Village and its outskirts have seen a number of significant sales in the past few weeks, pricewise, and some were bought or sold by folks with high profiles, and/or designed by architects with high profiles.

Designed by Grosvenor Atterbury, 199 Coopers Neck Lane in the village sold for $11.6 million from Michael Bruno LLC to 199 Coopers Lane LLC, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.

Michael Bruno, the founder of 1stdibs, a furniture, jewelry, fashion and art shopping website, and his partner, Alexander Jakowec, bought the property back in the heady days of 2015 for $15 million. So, yes, it was sold at a loss of $3.4 million. And Mr. Bruno hadn’t even tried to get all his money back: It was listed earlier this year for $12.95 million.

On 3 acres, the 14,000-square-foot residence has 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The oldest parts were built in 1910. The south facing parcel is just three doors down from the ocean, and the south and north sides of the house have three-story walls of glass. The wood shingle roof is new and the interior has been prepped as a blank canvas, according to the Corcoran listing, which also states that an architectural/design plan has been commissioned “to create a thoughtful layout for the Hamptons lifestyle of today.”

Amenities include a “newly imagined” swimming pool and pool house and a sunken tennis court.

Right behind is 237 Gin Lane, which Gregory Wright sold to 237 Gin Lane LLC for $10.35 million. The property had been listed in 2016 for $21 million and in 2017 was reduced to $17 million.

On approximately 2 acres, the 9,000-square-foot residence built in 2002 has 11 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and two half-baths, plus a staff wing.

It has a large formal living room with a fireplace, a paneled library also with a fireplace, a sunroom, a formal dining room and an oversized kitchen/family room. These gathering areas all access the gardens, covered dining porch, patio and pool. There is also a tennis court, and it even has a “secret garden” with a fountain.

Pat Petrillo of Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing.

Carole Gersten has sold 295 Wickapogue Road to Nonsuch Holding LLC for $7.5 million. It had been listed for $8.25 million, also with Ms. Petrillo.

The 7,350-square-foot shingled residence on 2 landscaped acres was built in 2000. It has eight bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. The paneled foyer is two stories and the large living room has a cathedral ceiling plus a fireplace with a custom mantle. The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinets, high-end appliances, and a breakfast nook. There is also a family room and a television room. Glass doors in the living room lead to the patio and gardens. The grounds feature a cherry grove accented by plum trees and a pergola.

Additional amenities include a 2.5-car garage and a heated saltwater gunite pool.

James Bracken has picked up 20 Downs Path for $7.1 million from 240 Little Plains Realty LLC.

The new construction on 1.7 acres south of Montauk Highway is 10,500 square feet. Designed by architect Peter Cook, the traditional gable-style residence has a double-height foyer, a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors, a formal dining room, a large eat-in chef’s kitchen, eight bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, a wine cellar and a gym.

Outdoors, there’s a heated gunite pool and spa, a cabana room and a shower.

Next up, Burt Greenberg sold 146 Coopers Farm Road for $3.55 million to Ken Development Company. The property had been listed with Erica Grossman of Douglas Elliman for $3.8 million.

This village home was renovated in 2015. Enter at the double-height foyer and walk through the open floor plan with a professional kitchen, formal dining area and living room with fireplace. The first floor also has a junior master suite and a study with a fireplace. The second floor is where you’ll find a master suite with a private balcony and three additional bedrooms. The finished basement offers additional living space, a guest suite and laundry.

On the 0.46-acre grounds, amenities include a pool house with full bath and pergola, a gunite pool with a fire pit/waterfall feature, and an outdoor kitchen.

Douglas Elliman power broker Michaela Keszler appears to have downsized—but she’s staying in the village.

Ms. Keszler recently sold 104 Foster Crossing for $12.75 million to Steven J. Boyd and then purchased an apartment at 155 Hill Street for $3.5 million from Barchi Realty LLC.

Ms. Keszler had originally listed 104 Foster Crossing, a shingle-style traditional, for $14 million. The residence was built in 1930 by New York architects Polhemus & Coffin and has a full southern exposure. There are multiple terraces and a covered porch.

The 7,900-square-foot Gilded Age residence has eight bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half-baths, and four fireplaces. It also has a library, a wood-paneled living room, a sunroom, a formal dining room, and a modern Bulthaup kitchen with a breakfast area, and a staff quarters.

Don’t forget the heated pool and sunken all-weather tennis court.

Christophe Browne and Caroline Srebrnik are the new owners of 636 North Sea Mecox Road in North Sea after dropping $4.5 million. The seller was an LLC. The asking price was $5 million.

Built by Peter Cardel of Cardel Development in Bridgehampton, the six-bedroom traditional with seven full bathrooms and 2 half-baths has a professional chef’s kitchen, custom cabinetry, a butler’s pantry with a Subzero wine cooler, a great room with a fireplace and a private den with a fireplace.

The residence is 5,400 square feet with a 2,200-square-foot lower level with wet bar, a guest bedroom, room for a gym, a game room, a media room and storage space. The property also features a two-car garage, a pool, covered porches and patios.

The property is 1.6 acres bordering 49.7 acres of agricultural reserve.

And, finally, Cristina and Christopher Cuomo have sold their village home at 74 Corrigan Street for $2.5 million to an anonymous LLC.

Ms. Cuomo is the founder and editor of Purist magazine and her husband is CNN’s 9 p.m. anchor and the brother of Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Previously listed for $2.9 million, the shingle-style home on 0.6 acre has a heated gunite pool and a two-car garage. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, a breakfast area and a dining room.
