The only available reserve land in Sagaponack, a 10.4-acre parcel, has sold for $4.75 million.
Located at 312 Hedges Lane, the reserve runs from Parsonage Lane — named by PropertyShark as the most expensive street in the Hamptons — to Hedges Lane and comes with a deeded path to Peters Pond and the ocean.
The land may be used for an organic farm or horse farm with an up to 4,700-square-foot horse barn with accommodations for up to 13 horses, according to Douglas Elliman Real Estate, which notes that it’s possible for the buyers to ride their horses to the beach. The property, which is within the village boundaries, is adjacent to a 33-acre reserve.
Associate broker Carol Nobbs had the listing.
